The panel's call on
"Tradie" is a job & project post and bidding platform for tradies (HVAC, Eletricians, Plumbing, Roof, etc...) where tradies can bid for jobs. Similar to how Upwork has a job marketplace for freelancers, Tradie operates for tradies. A person (say homeowner) can post onto Tradie they are looking for a job to be done (say eletrical wiring) and the tradies on the platform can bid on the job, they can write a little cover letter, include experience, and their profile. The homeowner can look at the bids, see what falls in their budget, see the tradies profiles, and make the decision based on that. Tradie basically "brokers" people looking for contracting work and the contractors
The tradie can purchase "credits" similar to upwork, where they use to bid for jobs. credits will be sold in bundles. Bidding more credits on a job allows you to appear near the top of the list. there will be a minimum credits required to apply to a job.
